How do I enter on the day of my event?
Visitors to the building may enter through the Historic Lobby at 433 W. Van Buren St.
Are the event spaces open to the public?
Visitors are welcome to explore all first floor amenities including the newly restored Historic Lobby and the Food Hall. Please use the entrance at 433 West Van Buren St.
Where do I go if I lost an item at an event?
Visitors should go to the first floor Security Communications Center. Tenants should contact Security at 312-548-7545.
Can I host an event at The Old Post Office?
Yes. From the Historic Lobby to the Marquee Conference Center, The Old Post Office has the perfect space for your event. For more information, please contact the Event Sales team at email@example.com.
What is the associated cost with rentals?
Rental rates vary depending on the particular space being utilized. Please contact our Event Sales team at firstname.lastname@example.org for a personalized quote or more information.
Am I able to hold a specific date?
Yes. A courtesy hold may be placed for a specific date. In cases such as these, the client who has the hold will have the right of first refusal should another client be interested in renting the space on the same date. A signed contract and a non-refundable deposit secures the space.
Where can I park when visiting?
The Event Sales team can assist with group parking vouchers for your event if applicable per event contract and availability. The Old Post Office Indoor Lot is located at 404 W. Harrison.
